Our Spring 2002 show is again to be held at The Knights of Columbus Hall, 12742 Nettles Drive, Newport News, Virginia, (757) 930-0491.

ENTERING: Entry fees are $41.00 (includes catalog) for first entry, $36.00 for second entry and $31.00 for each additional entry. Household Pet entry fee is $25.00. Closing date is 12 May 02 or when the 225 limit is reached. Double cages are $25.00 (limited), Sales cages-$25.00 (one cat or two kittens only). Please have all checks payable in U.S. funds to Chamberlin on the Bay Cat Fanciers, Inc. ($25.00 fee for returned checks). Any questions on your entry will necessitate a collect telephone call. $10.00 will be charged for any entry substitutions. End of row will be $15.00. NO REFUND FOR FAILURE TO BENCH. We reserve the right to add judges not named to judge non-championship/non-premiership classes. All Championship, Premiership and Registered Kitten entries will be scored for C.F.A. National and Regional Awards Junior Showmanship entries are only $5.00 and you get a double cage.
BENCHING: Check-in will be Saturday from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. The show will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. Sunday judging will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. We will try to accommodate all reasonable benching requests. No veterinarian inspection prior to benching will be required. All entries must be inoculated against Panleukopenia, Rhinotracheitis and Calici Viruses and tested for FeLV. Any entry showing evidence of fungus, fleas, ear mites or contagious disease will be asked to leave the show hall. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Kittens for sale or entry must be four months of age. Household pets over eight months of age must be neutered or spayed. No declawed cats may be shown.
SUPPLIES: Litter will be provided. Cage size is approximately 22"x22"x22". Please bring cage curtains/litter pan.
CATALOG ADVERTISING: Business card -$5.00; quarter page-$15.00; half page-$20.00; full page-$35.00.
SHOW HALL: The show hall is The Knights of Columbus Hall which is climate controlled. The phone number is 757/930-0491. Directions will be sent with entry confirmation. No watchman will be provided during the hours the show is not open. This is a No Smoking hall. People food will be available.
SHOW HOTEL: Days Inn, 11829 Fishing Point Drive, Newport News, VA, 757-873-6700, $59.00 (cats must be caged/tented), $10.00 non-refundable pet fee included in price.
FLYING IN? Newport
News/Williamsburg Airport is approximately 10 minutes from the show hall.
An alternate is the Norfolk International Airport (45-50 minutes away).
No club transportation provided from Norfolk airport.
